Product Discription This which has a reversible dome and can be used as a front counter or back counter model, comes with a India sweetcorn machine stainless steel base as shown in the picture. It includes a 32 oz sweetcorn, a BIB oil pump, Brute Force aamotor and Big Eye electronic heat control. It is pre-wired and includes Popa Bag-in-a-box model 2257 oil pump.
The Big Eye Electronic Control System is an internal voltage control that electronically monitor the voltage so that it either cuts back the voltage if it is too strong, or boosts it a little if it is too weak. It also eliminates thermostat problems and provides the operator with both a visual light and a buzzer to alert you when it is time to dump the sweetcorn. This takes all of the guesswork out and can ensure the right amount of heat goes into every batch of India sweetcorn machine so no more unsweetcornped or burnt sweetcorn
